If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 7 calendar days from the day you receive the products. In order to do it, you just have to notify us in writing an mail to email@example.com indicating the necessary data to locate your purchase. The moment we receive your email we will inform you of the process to be followed by an email.
Returns due to defects or errors
If the cause of the return is due to reasons attributable to Epoch Collections (product defective or mismatched with the purchased reference), we will take responsibility for the costs associated with the return, which will be refunded, together with the price of the product, when we receive the shipment of the package to our office.
Otherwise, you must send the products in perfect condition within a maximum period of 7 calendar days after receipt of the products. When we receive it and have checked its status, Epoch Collections will reimburse the customer for all the expenses of the returned product. However, in this case the client will assume the direct cost of the return.
